Established in 1982 in Westlake Village, California, WCI produces millions of metal domes and metal dome arrays every month in a variety of shapes, sizes and finishes. Their network of factory affiliates operates worldwide, with automated facilities in the United States and Hong Kong. Since the mid 1980's, WCI has engaged in the full production of metal domes. In 1991, WCI expanded to Europe with the opening of their branch in Lyon, France. In 1997, their Metal Dome Array manufacturing facility was established in the USA office, where they offer standard and custom arrays. In 2002, WCI merged with HEC, Inc. Hooray Electronics Company USA, a leading manufacturer of frequency control devices.
